Not Traditional Chimichurri

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
6 anchovy filets
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
10 stems cilantro
5 stems tarragon
3/4 cup olive oil

Method

  1. Roughly chop, by hand or in a food processor, everything except the olive oil
  2. Stream in the olive oil to make a chunky sauce
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a month
