Ingredients

2 springs of fresh rosemary
1 cup of sugar
.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
.5 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
3 oz Granor Sparkling wine
frozen cranberries, for garnish

Method

For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:

Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan, along with two sprigs of fresh rosemary. Bring to a simmer for 5 min. Allow to cool to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

To make a Spritz:

Add the unsweetened cranberry juice and rosemary simple syrup to a champagne flute. Top with Granor Sparkling wine. Garnish with two or three frozen cranberries.
