Ingredients

10 oz frozen spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries
2 cups yogurt or milk
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup nuts, walnuts, almonds, or pecans

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz up until mostly smooth
  2. Smoothie will hold in the fridge for up to 3 days
