Celery and Giardiniera with Sausages

Giardiniera is one of those magical condiments that can be used just like relish or used to bring a pile of fresh vegetables together into a slightly spicy, tangy, and crunchy salad.

6 stalks celery and leaves, sliced thinly
1 cup giardiniera
5 sprigs dill, finely chopped
4-6 sausages (depending on how hungry you all are)


  1. Combine the celery, giardiniera, and dill with a big glug of olive oil and pinch of salt
  2. Grill or sear the sausages until cooked through
  3. Top with the celery salad and serve
