Black Manhattan
The amaro lends a slightly more bitter flavor to this classic cocktail.
Ingredients
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz amaro
1 dash angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
cocktail cherry (optional)
Method
- Combine everything except the cherry in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with the cocktail cherry
