Basic Buckwheat Groats
Buckwheat is basically perfect-- quick cooking, nutritious, delicious, and gluten free.

Ingredients
2 cups buckwheat groats
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Whisk in the buckwheat groats
Return to a boil and then reduce to a simmer
Simmer until tender, about 10 minutes
Drain the groats away from the water and dress with a glug of olive oil and serve
