There's no better way to toast than with a glass of great sparkling wine. To celebrate the harvest of 2024 and the promise of 2025, we have invited our favorite bubble makers, Mawby Winery, to pair their diverse selection of sparkling wines with a plated, multi-course dinner featuring effervescent ingredients grown by Granor and curated from around the world.
.
*Please note that while we accommodate dietary restrictions, this menu will heavily feature specialty meats, seafood, gluten, dairy, and alcohol.*
Mawby Winery, founded in 1973 on Michigan's Leelanau Peninsula, crafts a broad selection of world class sparkling wines from estate and regionally grown grapes. Their selective grape harvest and traditional Champagne production methods have won them numerous awards as well as the reputation of being one of the US's most renown wineries. Owner, Pete Laing, will be on site to talk about the wines as the Granor Kitchen pairs them with individually plated dishes highlighting both the wines and the ingredients.
Note: this dinner begins at 6:30pm and will end around 10:30pm ET to ensure that you can get to your midnight celebration, and that each ticket includes a bottle of Granor sparkling wine to take home to toast the turning of the calendar.
