Loci Wine is a new wine importer with old-world sensibilities, seeking to add vitality to the discussion of what classical wine means today. Loci seeks out farmers in Italy and France who seek neither to play to trends nor to put ego above what matters most: wines that express clearly where they come from. Their wines are balanced, clean, and built for the table–the place where friends and family meet and memories are made.
Dinner will begin with a welcome beverage and a conversation with Randall Bush, Loci's founder, about what it takes to startup a wine importing business, how he develops relationships with international wineries, and what he's most excited to see in wine in the next few years.
Following the talk, we'll move to the Greenhouse dining room for a seven-course meal featuring a different fish on each course and paired with Loci's beautiful wines.
