Join us for a true Dinner Party, complete with cocktail and appetizer hour and a family-style, three course meal. Our June guests are Brett and Molly Muchow of Verdant Hollow Farms!
The evening will begin with a cocktail and appetizer hour in our School House, featuring Granor Spirits and appetizers from the Granor Kitchen. We will then move to our Greenhouse for a family-style meal loaded with Granor-grown produce and Verdant Hollow meats and cheeses.
The meal will be paired with Granor Table Wines and full NA beverages are available upon request.
Please note that while we accommodate all dietary restrictions, this evening's menu will prominently feature meat, dairy, and eggs.
At Granor Farm, partnering with and celebrating our farming neighbors has always been a part of our ethos; and farmers Brett and Molly Muchow of Verdant Hollow Farms are an excellent example of that longtime collaboration.
Since 2016, Brett and Molly have managed Verdant Hollow's Animal Welfare Approved and certified organic farm. They are responsible for overseeing the stewardship of 225 acres of land and livestock. Utilizing her background as a chef, Molly has also overseen the creation of VHF's farmstead creamery.
This Dinner + Drinks event will begin in our School House with cocktails crafted from Granor Spirits and appetizers from the Granor Kitchen. During this time, guests will have the opportunity to chat with Molly and Brett about land stewardship, livestock management, and cheesemaking. Immediately after the cocktail hour, a multi-course dinner featuring Verdant Hollow meat, cheeses, and eggs, as well and Granor-grown produce will be served in our Greenhouse.

Dinner will begin with a welcome drink and a conversation with Ed about his artistic process and how his paintings are shaped by the Southwest Michigan landscape. Despite its reputation, sausage is not a messy process! Join Granor Chef Erin Stanley for an introduction to sausage making at home. We'll cook a sausage-filled dinner together and leave with the skills to level up your summer grilling.

Our workshops are the most in-depth course we offer. Chef Erin will demonstrate everything you need to know about sausage making from meat selection, grinding, mixing, linking and cooking. Students will also mix their own breakfast sausage to take home. After the demonstration, we will come together as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labors as a sit down, family-style meal. The meal includes Granor Table Wine.
