Friday Dinner: Heirloom Corn Pupusas with It's Pupusa Time
Chef Jon Sulski is brining the Pupusa Train to Granor Farm! Join us as we kick off the weekend with Granor-grown heirloom corn turned into the Central American favorite made with ingredients from the Midwest.
The meal will begin with family style snacks followed with an individually plated three course menu featuring hand mixed, shaped, and griddled pupusas as the main course. The meal will conclude with a tasty dessert. Every meal includes beverages, both alcoholic and non, paired with that night's menu.

It's Pupusa Time is a Central American food pop-up that brings Salvadoran flavors to your plate. They specialize in pupusas, the national dish of El Salvador, fresh corn masa stuffed with cheese and savory ingredients and topped with a pickled cabbage slaw and salsa.
This dinner is shorter and more casual than our traditional Taste of Granor. Children are more than welcome, but we do not offer a "kids menu" or discounted pricing.
