Our workshops are the most in-depth course we offer. Together the group will prepare minimum 6 different dishes under the tutelage of the Granor Chef. Then we will come together as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labors as a sit down, family-style meal. The meal includes Granor Table Wine. Workshops are generally about 4 hours and can include a walking tour of the farm.

Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.

Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! In our Chef's Table Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, and serve a tasting portion of each one accompanied by our Granor Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
The Distiller's Tour and Tasting is an immersive, hour-long experience at Granor's on-farm, micro-distillery. Your visit begins with a craft cocktail to enjoy on the walking tour of the farm. In the grain fields, you’ll discover how our certified organic, heirloom grains are selected, cultivated, and harvested for each spirit.
Back at our micro-distillery, Granor distillers will guide you through the production process and offer special barrel tappings of our aging whiskeys. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of our four Granor Whiskeys–including two very limited cask-strength expressions–paired with light snacks from the Granor Kitchen. Additional tastings of our small-batch liqueurs will be provided as available. Each ticket includes a complimentary tasting glass.

With the arrival of Fall, we invite you to celebrate the inaugural release of Granor’s 4-year Field Grain Series Bourbon with a special harvest-inspired dinner. The evening begins with family-style hors d’oeuvres, followed by three individually plated courses featuring locally raised pork, seasonal Granor vegetables, and apples from a nearby orchard. Each course will be paired with a bourbon craft cocktail or Granor table wine, and the evening concludes with dessert accompanied by tastings of additional Granor spirits and liqueurs.

Apples are one of the most versatile ingredients. They are at home in a pie or roasted with bourbon to top savory pork chops. This class will teach the ins and outs of Michigan's second favorite fruit.

Our Cooking Classes focus on a specific technique or ingredient to help expand your kitchen confidence. This two hour class is primarily demonstration with some opportunity for hands on work and always include snacks and non-alcoholic beverages but not a full meal experience.
