Pickup: Granor Farm Store on Fridays and Saturdays 9 AM - 5 PM ET (and on Thursdays and Sundays in July & August).
Each week of your CSA you'll select your picks from the Farm Store. We grow over 100 Certified Organic varieties from seed to harvest–from tender spring lettuces to summer’s vine-ripened tomatoes and hearty fall root crops. You'll also find fresh culinary herbs and mixed berries throughout the year.
Savings Tip: Choose a large share to get more produce for less per item—perfect for families or avid cooks!

One dozen of pasture-raised, non-GMO fed, regional eggs from farms like Verdant Hollow, Wild Coyote, and Turkeyfoot Farm. A dozen eggs will be reserved for each week of your CSA.
One package of Granor frozen scones, cookies, pie or pizza dough for a fast brunch, dessert, or midweek snack. We regularly stock 3 varieties of scones, 2 varieties of cookies, all-butter pie dough, and yeasted pizza dough. You select one package of take & bake pastry each week of your CSA.
One quart of locally grown, specialty mushrooms from Harbor Country Mushrooms. Varieties will vary. You select one package of mushrooms each week of your CSA.
One quart of soup from our rotating seasonal selection rom Granor-grown ingredients. We also offer chicken stock as well as vegetarian, vegan, and meat options. You select one quart of frozen soup each week of your CSA.
One of our rotating Granor heat & eat meals or a fast and delicious dinner at your fingertips. Both vegetarian and meat-based options are available in both our freezer and refrigerated sections. You select one heat & eat meal each week of your CSA.
Every week the Granor Kitchen mixes up a variety of dressings, condiments and dips to pair with the beautiful produce grown on the farm. We regularly stock Champagne Vinaigrette, Ranch, Marinated Cheese as well as rotating weekly specials. You will select one of these options based on store availability each week of your CSA.
Let us stock your pantry with a mix of essential curated products including olive oils, vinegars, specialty condiments, handmade kitchen linens, and more! These pantry staples will be hand selected by our team to create a one-of-a-kind, seasonal mix of products. This box will be ready on Week 1 of your CSA.

Granor Sparkling is a cuvée close method sparkling made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Chambourcin grapes, with notes of pear and apricot.
Granor Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris, with notes of white peach, pear, and grapefruit.
Granor Rosé is a off-dry blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Marechal Foch, with notes of ripe strawberry and watermelon.
Granor Red is a dry 100% Gamay Noir, with notes of fresh berry and black pepper.
Wine will be ready on Week 1 of your CSA.
Four Dinners, One Subscription
Our 2026 Dining Subscription, the Solar Dinner Series, includes four distinct dinners held near the equinoxes and solstices, each celebrating the changing landscape and the ingredients that define the season.
Your Experience Includes:
1. Pre-Dinner Farm Tour – Begin the evening with a guided walk through the fields or greenhouses to see what's growing and how the solar position guides the energy of that moment on the farm.
2. Multi-Course, Family-Style Dinner – Gather in the Greenhouse Dining Room for a meal featuring just-harvested ingredients, beverage pairings, and rotating communal seating.
3. Seasonal Focus – Each dinner tells the story of that moment on the farm through food, conversation, and connection.

We have four seasonal CSA sessions that cumulatively run from February 6 to December 19.
Registration for spring, summer, and fall shares opens Monday, February 9th at 9 AM ET. A link will go live on our website and arrive in your inbox at that time. Due to high demand, we recommend signing up early to secure your spot!
Yes! This is a market-style program.
Our Vegetable CSA offers a great variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruit. We let you build your own share each week based on availability in the store when you come in to shop. The quantity of each item availiable will vary per week, but you will always have a variety to choose from.
Spring regular share example: 1 butterhead lettuce, 1 bunch of red radishes, 1 bag of arugula, 2 baby choys, 1 pint of snap peas.
Summer regular share example: 1 bag of lettuce mix, 2 cucumbers, 1 pound of heirloom tomatoes, 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, 1 quart of lunchbox peppers.
Fall regular share example: 2 pounds of potatoes, 2 bags of spinach, 1 bunch of watermelon radishes, 1 cabbage, 1 winter squash.
If you can’t make it to the Farm Store during designated hours, you have two options:
We do not make up any missed weeks and cannot accommodate pickups outside of our normal business hours.
Included in your CSA share is a weekly newsletter which includes information about what to expect in your share and recipes from our chef. We cannot guarantee any specific vegetable ahead of time for the share.
Absolutely! We have a carefully curated selection of local and sustainable items that pair perfectly with your Granor CSA.
CSA shares are not refundable once the first week is completed. If you have questions about adjusting your CSA membership, please email johannah@granorfarm.com.
Our fields are open to the public during Farm Store hours. We just ask that you stay on the walking path and do not enter the fields, hoophouses, greenhouses, or chicken coops.
