Maple Habanero Baby Back Ribs

Meaty ribs slow-cooked with a spicy sweet glaze is nothing short of a finger licking treat especially when paired with a great big salad.

Ingredients

1 slab baby back ribs
4oz maple habanero hot sauce
1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Shake the maple habanero hot sauce and pour half over the ribs with the salt and let marinate for minimum 1 hour or up to overnight
  2. Heat oven to 300F
  3. Lay the ribs on a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake until the meat is fork tender when pulled from the bone, about 60-90 minutes
  4. Just before serving, pour the rest of the hot sauce over the ribs and char under the broiler or grill to finish
