Lunchbox Peppers Stuffed with Cheese Curds
This is simple but extremely decadent food at its best!

Ingredients
1 quart Lunchbox Peppers
4 oz cheese curds
olive oil
Method
Slice the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds inside
Fill the peppers with cheese curds
Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil or parchment
Drizzle with olive oil
Broil until the skin is blistered and blackened and the cheese is melted
Remove and let cook 2-5 mintues
Serve as an appetizer or a snack
