Black Radish Toasts

Radish toasts are marvels of various textures pulled together-- crunchy toast, creamy cheese, crisp radishes, and little pops of toasted pecans.

1 loaf sourdough bread, cut into thick slices and toasted
4 black radishes, sliced thinly and held in cold water
2 tubs Idyll farm goat cheese
5 sprigs dill, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
1-2 Tbsp olive oil


  1. Schmear the toast with a thick layer of the goat cheese
  2. Dry the thinly sliced radishes of any excess water and then shingle over the cheese
  3. Combine the pecans, dill, and olive oil with a big pinch of salt and couple of grinds of black pepper
  4. Spoon the pecan mixture over the toasts and eat immediately
