There’s a bunch of great reasons to visit the farm all year round, from our annual Seedling Sale, to visiting the Farm Store, to participating in our CSA or Farm Camp programs. Join us on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner in our state of the art Greenhouse!
Moules Marinières, famed dish of the Normandy coast, is the perfect start to early spring.
Join us for a plated, three-course menu featuring plump, full flavored mussels from the Maritime Islands served in a white wine, cream sauce fortified with Granor-grown herbs and chili and big chunks of grilled ciabatta for soping up all that flavorful broth.
*Please note due to the nature of this menu, we cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy, gluten or shellfish allergies.*
Often overlooked, the food traditions of Hungary are rich, nuanced and guaranteed to make you hungry but leave you satisfied! This three course menu is inspired by the work of Zingerman's Deli in Ann Arbor, MI. They have spent the last 10 years researching and perfecting contemporary takes on traditional Hungarian food, and the Granor Kitchen has combed through their two cookbooks to curate a well-rounded and nourishing dinner.
Copies of both Zingerman's Bakehouse books will be available for purchase at the time of ticketing and onsite at the dinner.
*Please note that, due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate gluten free or dairy free dietary restrictions.*
Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a state full of artisan producers. Granor’s “Meet the Producer” program connects diners with local food and beverage producers. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around farming, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor and featuring the producer’s product.
Join us as we partner with P&E Bottle Shop to share with you wines from Cantina Terlano, one of the most distinguished cooperative wineries in the Banville Wine Merchants portfolio, and host a conversation with Kim Johnson, Banville's Director of National Accounts.
