In 2025 we are hosting a series of events each featuring a different aspect of Granor Farm and what makes Granor so special. Third in the series is an introduction to our Field to Bottle estate distilling where we grow the grain that is then distilled into spirits like gin, bourbon, landrace whiskey, and more.
.
Join us for a pre-dinner conversation and tour lead by Grain Farmers, Tucker Gibbons and Jake Lahroff, and Beverage Director, Anna Rafalski. Together they oversee the production of a variety of heirloom grains and their distillation into craft spirits. After the tour, there will be a full dinner featuring Granor-grown vegetables and the same grains used in the spirits as well as a tasting lead by our Distilling Team.
.
*Note that while we accommodate all dietary restrictions this event will feature alcohol, grains, and gluten heavily.*
Founded in 2006, Granor Farm is a certified organic farm located in Three Oaks, Michigan. We grow delicious organic food for our local community. Granor Farm is committed to creating an environment respectful of the land we cultivate, the products we grow, and the local community we serve.
In 2018 we increased our grain and corn production to begin distilling those crops into craft spirits. Now farming just over 150 acres, we produce enough grain to feed our nascent distillery as well as the Granor kitchen with freshly milled flour, wheat berries, and polenta. The same way that Farm to Table highlights unique varieties of a regional agricultural system, so too does Field to Bottle Distilling. In our case, showcasing not only the unique flavor of heirloom grains but also a variety of botanicals grown at Granor Farm all to create beverages that compliment a meal or any time with loved ones.
