With the arrival of Fall, we invite you to celebrate the inaugural release of Granor’s 4-year Field Grain Series Bourbon with a special harvest-inspired dinner. The evening begins with family-style hors d’oeuvres, followed by three individually plated courses featuring locally raised pork, seasonal Granor vegetables, and apples from a nearby orchard. Each course will be paired with a bourbon craft cocktail or Granor table wine, and the evening concludes with dessert accompanied by tastings of additional Granor spirits and liqueurs.
*Please note that while we accommodate dietary restrictions, this menu will feature pork and alcohol prominently*
Every dinner at Granor Farm features ingredients we've grown here as well as from our farming neighbors. This dinner focuses on apples, pork, vegetables and uses bourbon throughout the meal as a drink and a culinary ingredient.
This dinner is shorter and more casual than our traditional Taste of Granor. Children are more than welcome, but we do not offer a "kids menu" or discounted pricing. While we accommodate dietary restrictions, this menu will feature pork and bourbon heavily.
We hope you will relax into the weekend with a fall-inspired dinner on the farm.

Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.
