Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! In our Demonstration Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, and serve a tasting portion of each one accompanied by our Granor Table Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
Students arrive to a glass of sparkling wine and snacks then take their seat at our Greenhouse Kitchen Island to watch minimum of five dishes be prepared by the Granor Chef Team. These Demonstrations are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and chef insight.
As each dish is prepared, with detailed instruction, portions will be individually plated and served for a full Taste of Granor Dinner experience along with wine pairings throughout.
Students will leave with full bellies, complete printed and digital recipes for each dish, a mind full of kitchen tips and techniques, and a keen sense of what it means to cook from a farm.

This thinly-pounded, crispy pork cutlet will be served alongside Granor-grown vegetables and rye spaetzle. The meal will conclude with a tasty, winter-time dessert.
Every meal includes beverages, both Granor Table Wine and non-alcoholic options, paired with that night's menu.

Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.
