Granor Farm has cultivated grains since 2014, dedicated to supplying breweries, distilleries, and bakeries with locally sourced, high-quality, specialty grains. One of our flagship grain crops is Danko Rye, celebrated for its exceptional yields and culinary properties. It has a distinctive spicy, nutty, earthy flavor, and is now available as Rye Flour in the Farm Store! Ideal for a range of baked goods from standard rye bread to sourdough and pumpernickel, we believe it will quickly become a staple in your kitchen.
