Farm Friday with Cutting Edge Knife Sharpening
This week's Farm Friday Granor will be joined by Cutting Edge Knife Sharpening, who will be on site with their mobile knife sharpening rig to set you up for all your fall cooking. Bring your own knifes, and Mr. Blum will take it from there! Note that payment for the sharpening will be handled directly by Cutting Edge; please see their website for pricing, which is subject to change.

Farm Fridays Celebrate Golden Hour on the Farm. Every Friday through the end of the year, we will have extended store hours and feature specials from the kitchen, wine by the glass, and specialty beverages perfect for a farm picnic or walk among the fields.

In addition to these treats, we will have a wide selection of Granor-grown produce, grains, Granor Kitchen items, and curated artisan products.

We have finally reached summer peak harvest, the time of year when gardens deliver the bounty of vegetables we’ve been caring for since spring. This class is all about tomatoes! Learn how we grow, trellis, prune, and harvest our hoophouse full of tomatoes. You will learn various preservation methods like red sauce, roasted tomatoes, green tomato chutney, and pickled tomatoes.
