In honor of this year's annual Apple Cider Century, we are will be making a vast selection of apple inspired pastries. Emma and Sean Schacke, owners of the nationally recognized Evergreen Butcher and Bakery in Atlanta, GA, together with the Granor Kitchen, have a menu of specialty pastries featuring apples ready for your autumnal-delighting (and pre-bike race carb-loading). Alongside the pastries Mikala Schopmeyer of Madcap Coffee will be on hand sampling out the Granor Coffee Blend.

*Note that all food is available for purchase through the Farm Store Window until sold out. No advance tickets needed.*
With the idea that good meat and bread should be staples in your household, Emma and Sean opened Evergreen Butcher & Bakery to provide the Atlanta area with a delicious, accessible, and unpretentious product. Each ingredient that they use is thoughtfully chosen, sourced as locally as possible, and raised sustainably and responsibly. Emma and Sean both trained in their respective fields in Chicago, IL, where they became friends with Granor's Erin Stanley. After leaving Chicago they have traveled extensively helming kitchens in Maine, Tennessee, and Amsterdam before turning their time and attention to the craft of whole animal butchery and whole grain baking.
