The Granor Kitchen will present different bread styles and how to utilize whole grain and alternative flours in to consider when baking bread. Each attendee will leave with recipes, a loaf of bread, and handmade butter.

We are located 7 miles east of Red Arrow Highway or 3 miles north of Highway 12 on Warren Woods Road, between Log Cabin Road and Pardee Road.

Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.

Established in 2019, the Foundation brings the world of horses to local, under-resourced children and adults through a comprehensive equine-assisted educational program. While learning about horses - their behavior, how to care for them, and how to ride - participants build critical life skills like confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and empathy for animals.

Chef Abra Berens, a James Beard Award semifinalist in 2023, will join guests for dinner who are seated in the Botanical Dining Room. She will share her vision, answer questions, and each diner will receive one of her signed cookbooks.

This is a collaboration class with the Granor Grain Team and Kitchen. We will introduce what we grow, why, and how grain goes from the ground to a loaf of bread. We will then guide you through sourdough bread-making including how to mix, shape, and bake. The class will include a dinner showcasing how to utilize bread in different preparations.
