Steve Morgan’s career has spanned some of the most respected dining rooms in the country, including Del Posto, Alinea, and Formento’s, where he helped build a World of Fine Wine–recognized wine list. His philosophy centers on authenticity, storytelling, and wines that resonate emotionally as well as intellectually.
