We are celebrating the unofficial end of summer with a 5 course family style dinner loaded with Granor summer bounty from height of the season produce to our recently released dry gin and sipping vermouth. Join us for a sunset farm tour followed by a meal designed to give summer the send off it deserves!
We will begin the night with a cocktail featuring Granor Dry Gin and a sunset walk of the farm.
Following the tour, the dinner is multi-course meal featuring that day's harvest of vegetables, greens, and grains as well as meats, cheeses, and fruits from the region with wine pairings from our custom crush project with Stranger Wine Co. Dinner concludes with dessert and a pour of our newly released Semi-Sweet Vermouth*.
Please know we are not a restaurant open to the public. All dinners are ticketed by advance reservation only. No outside alcohol is allowed, and non-alcoholic beverage pairings are available upon request.

Our Youth Cooking Classes develop practical culinary skills in students aged 10-14. In each two-hour class, students will create a three course dinner to take home to their families. They will be provided with recipes, ingredients, and work together to make their meals. Students will learn basic knife safety skills, how to work safely in a kitchen, what and how to taste food while cooking, leaving with the satisfaction of knowing how to make an entire meal from start to finish and the joy of sharing food with loved ones.
