Edna Lewis is the Grande Dame of Southern Cooking and Local Food Pioneer. The Granor Kitchen draws immense inspiration from her work and are thrilled to create a spring menu highlighting some of her classic dishes.
The meal will begin with family style snacks followed with an individually-plated, three course menu concluding with a tasty, spring-time dessert.
Every meal includes beverages, both Granor Table Wine and non-alcoholic options, paired with that night's menu.
Every dinner at Granor Farm features ingredients we've grown here as well as from our farming neighbors.
This dinner is shorter and more casual than our traditional Taste of Granor. Children are more than welcome, but we do not offer a "kids menu" or discounted pricing.
We hope you will relax into the weekend with a warming dinner on the farm.

Join us for a celebration of bees, beekeeping, and the honey harvest with special guests Hive Supply and Right Bee Cider!
Granor Farm's beehives are managed by Chicago-based The Hive Supply, who are as passionate about education as they are about beekeeping. Hive Supply's beekeeper and managing partner, Leonard Rau, will be on hand to start this dinner off with a discussion about all things bee and honey related.
Enjoy a 5 course meal celebrating the versatility of honey as an ingredient in dishes both savory and sweet, paired with hard ciders from Right Bee Cider. Charlie and Katie have been making ciders - many of which are made with honey from their rooftop hives - since 2014. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
