For generations, people have celebrated Spring's arrival with celebrations of flowers encouraging the reawakening of soil and bountiful harvests ahead. Join us as we celebrate longer days and the coming season with a flower-filled evening. There will be flowers all through the Granor Greenhouse, and edible flowers woven into each course alongside just-harvested, Granor-grown ingredients and paired with our wine throughout.
Note that this is listing is a deposit for the Botanical Dining Room which can seat a maximum of 14 people featuring the same menu and beverages as the Main Dining Room, but with a dedicated server and in depth menu talk with the Granor Chef Team.
Arrive and follow the flower strewn path to our School House for a Farm Talk with the Granor Team, who will share how important flowers are to our farm and all of the plans for expanded flower growing in 2025. After the talk we will move to the Private Botanical Dining Room, painted with the pastels of spring flowers on the tables and throughout the sunny room. The multi-course dinner will feature a variety of edible flowers for a visually decadent meal that will please all of the senses and leave you satiated and ready for the coming season.

Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a state full of artisan producers. Granor’s “Meet the Producer” program connects diners with local food and beverage producers. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around farming, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor and featuring the producer’s product.
