Youth Cooking Class *DRAFT*
Our Youth Cooking Classes develop practical culinary skills in students aged 10-14. In each two-hour class, students will create a three course dinner to take home to their families. They will be provided with recipes, ingredients, and work together to make their meals. Students will learn basic knife safety skills, how to work safely in a kitchen, what and how to taste food while cooking, leaving with the satisfaction of knowing how to make an entire meal from start to finish and the joy of sharing food with loved ones.

Students arrive to a light snack then take their positions at the Cooking Tables. Students will then be guided through the Recipe Packet and begin making each dish with the support of the Granor Farm Camp and Kitchen Team. These classes are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and one on one instruction.
Students leave with a slew of information, a three course meal for four people, as well as printed and digital recipes to bring to their own kitchen.

Taste of Granor Dinner
Join us in our Greenhouse for a multi course, family-style meal that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local producers and farms. Each menu is different and showcases our farm at that moment in time.
