Culinary Workshop: The World is Your Oyster with Cub Dimling
Do you like oysters but always been intimidated by them? Join Cub Dimling for Oysters 101 where all of your bivalve questions will be answered. We will cover how to buy, store, shuck, and serve our favorite briny treat.

The evening will start with a conversation about all topics on oysters, a step by step guide to shucking. Then, as a class, we will prepare a multi-course meal utilizing oyster and showcasing the dishes that compliment a sea-side meal paired with Granor Table Wine.

Our workshops are the most in-depth course we offer. Together the group will prepare minimum 6 different dishes under the tutelage of the Chef Dimling and Granor Chef Team.
Students arrive to a glass of sparkling wine and snacks then partner up with their fellow classmates to prepare at least six family style dishes with demonstration and support of the Granor Chef Team.
After all of the dishes are prepared, students sit together for a meal tasting the fruits of their labors and asking any remaining cooking questions. Meals feature Granor Table Wine.
Students leave with full bellies, complete digital and printed recipes, and a hands on knowledge of each dish as well as a slew of kitchen tips and techniques to take to their own kitchen.

Ever wanted to taste your way through the storied Silk Roads? Now you can. Join us for a Book and Supper Club with Anna Ansari featuring her recently published cookbook Silk Roads: A Flavor Odyssey with Recipes from Baku to Beijing.

The evening will kick off with drinks and a conversation between Ms. Ansari and Granor Farm Culinary Director, Abra Berens.

Following the discussion will be a multi-course meal with dishes inspired by Anna's book. Each ticket includes a copy of Silk Roads. The event will conclude with a book signing.

Join us in our Greenhouse for multi-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local farms and global producers. Each menu is a snapshot of the farm at that moment in time, never to be repeated, showcasing our farm at that moment in time and paired with Granor wines and spirits.
