Cooking with Granor: Pies 101
This class covers all aspects of pies-- from the crust, the filling, the rolling, the baking, even how to store and transport in case you are traveling for the holiday.

Our Cooking Classes focus on a specific technique or ingredient to help expand your kitchen confidence. This three hour class is primarily demonstration with some opportunity for hands on work and include a full dinner and beverages including Granor Table Wine.

Students arrive to a light snack then grab a chair at the Granor Kitchen Island to watch the Chef Team demonstrate the ins and outs of the highlighted ingredient or technique. After the demonstration the class will move on to a the hands on portion ensuring that each student can apply what they've learned in real time. These classes are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and one on one instruction.
Students leave with a slew of information as well as printed and digital recipes to bring to their own kitchen.

There’s a bunch of great reasons to visit the farm all year round, from our annual Seedling Sale, to visiting the Farm Store, to participating in our CSA or Farm Camp programs. Join us on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner in our state of the art Greenhouse!
Community Benefit Dinner: Chikaming Open Lands
Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.

Join us for an evening in support of Chikaming Open Lands, an accredited land conservancy that has been protecting green spaces in southern Berrien County since 1999.

This ticket includes a $150 donation to Chikaming Open Lands that will be collected at the time of booking.
