This week we are harvesting lots of tender Baby Arugula — peppery and bright, perfect for salads, sandwiches, or scattered over pizza. We'll also have Pea Shoots and Microgreens, Greenhouse Greens, Potatoes, Rutabaga, Turnips, and Carrots. If you’re creating Hot Pot at home, grab our Napa Cabbage and bright green Daikon Radish to simmer in a gingery broth until tender!
