From the Farm: Our last harvest of the year is here! With temps above freezing, we have fresh hoophouse greens—Lettuce Mix, Spinach, and Kales—plus tender Greenhouse Greens, vibrant Microgreens, and a beautiful Radicchio Blend. With Christmas just a week away, these greens are perfect for a big winter salad and will keep well right through the holiday. As the Farm Store closes until February, now’s the time to stock up on long-keeping favorites: Carrots, Beets, Radishes, Turnips, Potatoes, Leeks, Cabbage, Koginut, and more. Perfect for soups, stocks, and cozy roasted meals all January long. Need a last minute host gift? Grab a Granor-grown Poinsettia or select from our Dried Flower Wreaths and Bouquets.
From the Kitchen: Offerings from the kitchen include holiday cookie dough in the freezer section: Peppermint Chocolate Chip, Pistachio White Chocolate Cranberry, Salted Molasses, Fennel Corn Sesame, and Cowboy cookies studded with nuts, chocolate, oats, and dates. New this week is Fromage Fort, a rich wine-and-cheese spread made with Granor wine and premium cheeses from our farm store, and Mini Pot Pies featuring our flaky pie crust, Granor vegetables, and chicken or beef. In the marinated meat section of the cooler, you’ll also find Beef Chuck Roast that can be served simply as a roast or braised in light beer for Italian beef sandwiches, a family tradition from Kaitlin W. that she’s excited to share with you.
In the Farm Store: This year, the Farm Store saw fresh changes from a new layout and new producers to the return of familiar favorites. It’s been a pleasure to showcase items made on the farm, hear what you’ve created with our produce, and trade tips and tricks along the way. Join us for our final weekend of the year and enjoy 25% off curated products (excluding Granor-grown or Granor-made items & alcohol). Sip on a new cocktail, stock up for winter, and tide yourself over until we reopen on February 6, 2026.
