Cozy season is here, and we have everything you need for a comforting pot of beans or chili, starting with aromatics like Garlic, Shallots, Leeks, and Celery, paired with hearty Potatoes, velvety Winter Squash, and fresh Ginger for warmth. To mix things up, add tender Baby Choy for a nutrition boost or slice up Baby Fennel to caramelize for a subtle, sweet anise undertone. New this week are Sweet Potatoes!
