Week 39 At Granor | Ever Tried Baby Ginger? 🫚

Granor Farm
Baby ginger

This Week in the Farm Store

We're enjoying an abundant fall harvest full of hearty, warming flavors including baby ginger! Harvested early, baby ginger is a tender, juicy version of its mature self. The skin is very thin, so no need to peel. It's delicious in cocktails, salads, teas, dressings, stir-fries, or pickled. This seasonal gem is only around for a short window, so grab some on your next visit to the Farm Store!

Sweet and Savory Bakes

Made in the Granor Kitchen

We are welcoming the start of fall with plenty of fresh bakes from the ovens this week. Look for our specialty Buckwheat + Maple Loaf alongside our Country, Demi, Seeded Spelt, and Gluten-Free loaves. For something sweet, we have Shortbread available, along with the return of our Chocolate Sourdough Cake–a breakout favorite from last week that we loved so much, we just had to bring it back for another round.
