After working nearly every position in the food industry, from line cook to butcher to baker, Erin came to Granor Farm in 2018 where her care and leadership have become an integral part of the work we do. Her warmth, knowledge, and stewardship of the ingredients we grow resonate with every guest and team member she encounters.
Whether she’s offering a taste of our Rye Whiskey at the end of a dinner, sharing her favorite ways to enjoy a fresh radish in the Farm Store, or preparing the thoughtful dishes that grace our dining room tables, Erin’s impact is felt across every corner of the farm.
