Great spirits begin in the soil. At Granor, our commitment to flavor starts with the open-pollinated, heirloom grains we cultivate right here on the farm. By prioritizing diverse varieties like our Bloody Butcher, Waspie Valley, and Blue Corn (the foundation of our Bourbon) and our estate-grown Hazlett Rye, we capture the depth of our terroir and distill it right into the bottle.
This Fourth of July weekend, we’re highlighting that grain-first philosophy with two special releases. These bottles are cask-strength and uncut, offering an unadulterated look at our harvest. Members of the Granor Distiller Guild will have priority access to these rare bottles.
Bushel Bourbon Whiskey | Single Barrel No. 9
Aged 5 Years: A lighter, floral expression that lets the character of our heritage corn shine through. Expect delicate, refined notes of honeycomb and toasted oak.
Hopper Rye Whiskey | Single Barrel No. 25
Aged 4 Years: A singular expression of 100% Hazlett Rye. This bold, uncut whiskey delivers rich layers of black cherry, brown sugar, and robust spice, finishing with a satisfying, lingering warmth.
Pick up your bottle at the Farm this Fourth of July weekend. These barrels are limited—we look forward to celebrating the harvest with you.
