Each menu is a snapshot of the farm at that moment in time, never to be repeated, showcasing our farm at that moment in time and paired with Granor wines and spirits.

These Summer Suppers are a shorter version of our traditional Taste of Granor Series while still featuring a walking Farm Tour and a meal of just-harvested vegetables in a beautiful setting.
Our Summer Supper Series features a five-course and family-style meal celebrating that day's harvest of vegetables, greens, and grains as well as meats, cheeses, and fruits from the region. Dinner concludes with dessert and is accompanied with beverage pairings including Granor Table Wines and Spirits throughout. Non-alcoholic pairings are available upon request.
Please know we are not a restaurant open to the public. All dinners are ticketed by advance reservation only and include beverage pairings. The price is all inclusive of the meal, beverage pairings, tax, tip and fees. No outside alcohol is allowed. Tickets are non-refundable nor date transferable.

Join Granor Head Baker, Jill Morgan, as she guides you through the entire sourdough process from feeding starter, shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking in both a wood and electric oven. In addition to the instruction this package includes all meals including a Welcome Dinner on Thursday night, breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday as well as dinner with Harold Wilken from Janie's Mill in the Granor Farm Botanical Dining Room on Friday evening. Throughout the class you'll have full access to the Granor Kitchen and Team to learn all of our tricks and techniques.

Students leave with a slew of information, recipes, and the confidence to begin (or continue) their sourdough journey. Participants in the 3 Day Intensive also receive a promo code at the time of booking for 10% of the subsequent Sourdough Club tutorials throughout the year.

Join us for a true Dinner Party, complete with cocktail hour and multi-course family style meal. Our February guest is Harold Wilken, farmer, miller, and owner of Janie's Mill in Ashkum, IL.

The evening will kick off a cocktail and appetizer hour featuring the ingredients grown and milled by Janie's Mill along with grains grown (and some distilled) by Granor. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a family style meal loaded with Granor-grown produce and grains from Janie's Mill.

The meal will be paired with Granor Table Wines and full NA beverages are available upon request. A selection of Janie's Mill ingredients will be available for sale on the night of the event. Note that while we accommodate all dietary restrictions, this menu will feature gluten prominently.
