Solstice Sprig

This simple and elegant martini brings a seasonal twist to the classic cocktail. Use a dry style gin, like the Granor Dry Gin, to complement botanical notes from the rosemary, which are balanced by a fresh pop of orange. 


Ingredients

2 oz Granor Dry Gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 sprig fresh rosemary, about 2" long
1 orange zest, plus an orange twist for garnish

Method

  1. Vigorously muddle the orange zest and rosemary sprig in a pint glass with the gin and vermouth.
  2. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until fully chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  4. Garish with an orange twist.
