Paprika Roasted Chicken with Burnt Honey

Smokey, sweet, spicy, juicy... mmhmm. 


6 chicken thighs
1 T smoked paprika
1 T sweet paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/4 C oil
1/4 C honey
2 T warm water


  1. Combine the spices, salt, and oil
  2. Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture and let marinate overnight
  3. Heat oven to 375F
  4. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through
  5. When chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy brush the skin with the honey mixture
  6. Switch the oven to broil and broil the chicken skin until the honey burns
  7. Serve hot or room temperature
