Ingredients
2 heads little gem lettuce, halved
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Make the dressing. Whisk together miso paste, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, and olive oil.
To assemble, drizzle little gems with miso dressing and top with sliced radishes and toasted sesame seeds.
