These sandwiches are two my favorite pairings-- ham and butter and radishes and butter. I've come to like this on a wheaty bread, but it is also good on a super soft dinner roll.
Ingredients
4 oz ham, sliced as thick as you like
4-5 radishes, sliced thinly
2 oz room temperature salted butter
sourdough bread or soft dinner rolls
Method
Slice or split the bread
Spread a hefty layer of butter
Top with the ham and radishes slices
Finish with a little bit of salt and serve immediately
