Fruit mustard can be made with just about any type of fruit, but generally the tarter the better!
1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whole grain or dijon mustard
In a sauce pan, heat the fruit and sugar with a splash of water
Cook until the fruit is tender
With an immersion blender, blitz the fruit until mostly smooth
Whisk in the mustard and taste adjusting the seasoning as desired
