Fruit Mustard

Fruit mustard can be made with just about any type of fruit, but generally the tarter the better!


1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whole grain or dijon mustard


  1. In a sauce pan, heat the fruit and sugar with a splash of water
  2. Cook until the fruit is tender
  3. With an immersion blender, blitz the fruit until mostly smooth
  4. Whisk in the mustard and taste adjusting the seasoning as desired
