Fisher's Island Fizz

A savory spin on a French 75, which pairs Granor Dry Gin with Castelvetrano olive brine. Garnished with a few drops of Granor olive oil and lemon zest, this slightly briny version of one of our favorite cocktails pairs perfectly with Motorshucker's delicious oysters. 


Ingredients

1 oz Granor Dry Gin
.5 oz Castelvetrano olive brine
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz Granor Sparkling wine
Lemon zest, for garnish
Granor olive oil, for garnish

Method

  1. Add Granor Dry Gin, olive brine, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass or flute.
  3. Top with Granor Sparkling wine.
  4. Add 3 or 4 drops of Granor olive oil and garnish with a lemon zest, expressing the lemon oil into the cocktail.
