Buckwheat, Kohlrabi, Tzatziki Salad

This cooling salad can be made days in advance and served on its own or scooped into lettuce wraps.


1 cup buckwheat groats
2 kohlrabi, peeled and grated
1 bunch dill, roughly chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey


  1. Combine the yogurt, dill, honey, and garlic with a big pinch of salt and glug of olive oil
  2. Mix the dressing with the buckwheat and grated kohlrabi
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired
