Amaro Spritz

This is a refreshing, lower abv drink for picnic cocktail hour.

Ingredients

2 oz amaro
4 oz club soda
lemon twist

Method

  1. In a flute or wine glass combine the amaro and chilled soda water with the citrus twist
  2. Give a gentle stir and serve
