There’s nothing better than dinner with friends. Please join us for a collaboration dinner featuring Travelle at The Langham at Granor Farm on Wednesday, August 21.
Together, Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko and Granor Chef Abra Berens will create a seven-course, family-style menu. Showcasing the best ingredients grown by Granor and each chef’s individual cooking style, the two will create a menu rooted in the country with the sophistication of downtown Chicago. Travelle will also be providing wine pulled from their extensive cellar to pair with the meal.
Event has passed.
Starting at 6:30 p.m. eastern time, guests meet at Granor Farm in Three Oaks, MI (about a 90 minute trip from Chicago). Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the farm to see our growing spaces and learn about our farming practices. The meal will alternate courses between Chef Jeff Vucko of Travelle and Granor's Chef, Abra Berens. All courses will utilize the best of Granor's crops and meat, fish, and dairy from the surrounding region. Travelle will also be pairing three wines with the meal to complete the experience.
The dinner will conclude around 10pm eastern time. Lodging and transportation are not provided.
This event – part of Chicago Tribune Food Bowl – benefits Plant Chicago, with a portion of proceeds supporting their market and education programing.

Coming from Chicago, the farm is accessible from the Union Pier exit off I-94, roughly 90 minutes from the Loop.
We are located 7 miles east of Red Arrow Highway on Warren Woods Road, between Log Cabin Road and Pardee Road.
There’s a bunch of great reasons to visit the farm all year round, from our annual Seedling Sale, to yoga in the barn, to dinners in our renovated farmhouse.
Our farmstand is stocked with Certified Organic produce, all grown, from seed to harvest, by Granor. While you’re here, enjoy a self-guided tour through the farm, visit our chickens, and get to know the farmers who grow your food. All of our produce is harvested fresh for market, often the day of sale, and showcases the best of each season.
