Granor Dinner Season Kick Off w/ Verdant Hollow Farm

Date May 31 2019
Time 6:30-10:00PM
Cost: $125.00

Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region full of artisan producers. Meet the Producer Dinners connect diners with a regional food producer as we sample their tasty work and learn about what goes into its production. Each meal begins with discussion with the farmers, followed by a multi-course, family-style meal showcasing their ingredients as well as vegetables and grains grown by Granor.

Our Season Kick Off Dinner features the pork and lamb from Verdant Hollow in Buchanan, MI and a conversation with farmers Molly and Brett Muchow.

Verdant Hollow is an Animal Welfare Approved farm using regenerative, organic practices to produce seasonal vegetables, certified grass-fed lamb, goat milk, pasture raised pork and eggs. Since acquiring the property in 2016, their main focus has been restoring the 225 acre ecosystem of pasture, hardwood forest, and garden space through a long term permaculture design.

** Please note that we cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian dietary restrictions for this dinner.**
