Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region full of artisan producers. Meet the Producer Dinners connect diners with a regional food producer as we sample their tasty work and learn about what goes into its production. Each meal begins with discussion with the farmers, followed by a multi-course, family-style meal showcasing their ingredients as well as vegetables and grains grown by Granor.

Our July Meet the Producer Dinner features the pork, goat, and eggs from Turkey Foot Farm in La Porte, IN and a conversation with farmer Ry Hook.
Turkey Foot uses regenerative organic and permaculture methods to raise a slew of different animals including Rhode Island Red and Ameraucana chickens, Katahdin lamb, goat, Red Wattle hogs, and a variety of vegetables and greens. All their animals are pasture or forest raised and have access to a soy free grain mix, grown on farm by Ry to ensure a hearty and healthy animal and to keep the food source local.
* Please note that we cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian dietary restrictions for this dinner.*

There’s a bunch of great reasons to visit the farm all year round, from our annual Seedling Sale, to yoga in the barn, to dinners in our renovated farmhouse.
Our farmstand is stocked with Certified Organic produce, all grown, from seed to harvest, by Granor. While you’re here, enjoy a self-guided tour through the farm, visit our chickens, and get to know the farmers who grow your food. All of our produce is harvested fresh for market, often the day of sale, and showcases the best of each season.
