Meet the Producer Dinner w/ Cantina Terlano & Banville Wine Merchants

Date Mar 23 2024
Time 6:30-10:30PM
Cost: $196 per person all inclusive

Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a state full of artisan producers. Granor’s “Meet the Producer” program connects diners with local food and beverage producers. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around farming, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor and featuring the producer’s product.

Join us as we partner with P&E Bottle Shop to share with you wines from Cantina Terlano, one of the most distinguished cooperative wineries in the Banville Wine Merchants portfolio, and host a conversation with Kim Johnson, Banville's Director of National Accounts.

Banville Wine Merchants is a family-owned wine importer that partners directly with winemakers to import high-quality wines made with attention and care by producers worldwide.

Dinner will begin with a welcome beverage and a conversation with Kim Johnson, Banville's Director of National Accounts, about working directly with winemakers across the world, what it takes to hand-select wines for a national portfolio, and the direction she sees the wine industry taking in coming years.

Following the talk, we'll move to the Greenhouse dining room for a multi-course meal paired with the wines of Cantina Terlano. Founded over a century ago in 1893, Cantina Terlano stands tall today as one of the most distinguished cooperative wineries in the Alto Adige region of northeastern Italy. Terlano is a formidable collective of 143 devoted growers that are united by a shared vision—a relentless pursuit of quality that transcends quantity. Nestled amidst the awe-inspiring Dolomite Mountains, at the very foothills of the Alps, Terlano's enviable location and extraordinary terroir serve as the crucible for their exceptional, globally celebrated wines.

This meal will feature ingredients from Granor’s fields and wines imported by Banville Wine Merchants and selected by Ellie Mullins of P+E Bottleshop.
