We believe that the best way to learn where your food comes from is to meet the farmers growing it.
We are now hosting tours of Granor Farm led by the farmers who cultivate our vegetables and grains. Join us for a deep dive into our organic farming systems (crop plans, pest management, weed control), and visit our fields, hoop houses and greenhouses. You will also learn more about Granor’s history and our farming philosophy along with plans for the future.
As part of the ticket price, tour-goers will receive a pre-packed Farmer's Choice Produce Bag stocked with seasonal vegetables similar to one of our weekly CSA shares.
Abra Berens, Granor Farm’s Chef, will be your guide. Abra will also talk more about Granor’s history, farming philosophy and plans for the future and explain the important relationship between what is grown in our fields and what is prepared in our kitchen.
We hope that you leave with more information about what we do, why we do it, and why we love growing food for you and your family.
Children under 10 are welcome to join without a ticket.
This is a walking tour that will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately and with footwear for gravel paths and occasional muddy spots.
